The VRS Career Development Program is designed to increase your employability in the Australian workforce and ultimately provide you with a long-term job.

The program is split into two areas:
 1.    Workplace preparation studies (1 week)
 2.    Work experience / internship (1, 3, 6 or 12 months)

If you are currently studying or about to graduate, we will work with you to develop a program that will satisfy the number of hours you need to complete your degree and/or potentially achieve Australian PR (Permanent Residency). The ultimate outcome of the program is to lead into a full time permanent job.
