ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED NURSE WHO HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH BABIES FROM NEWBORN - 12MONTHS OF AGE?
 
WE CURRENTLY HAVE 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN OUR SPECIALISED NIGHT NANNIES TEAM PROVIDING SLEEP GUIDANCE.
 
Full Orientation training is provided for those Nannies with extensive experience and preferably at least a Certificate III in Child care.
 
Sleep Guidance and Postnatal care is where you work overnight in various families homes for 2 or more nights providing support and guidance to parents to help them to establish a good routine, settling techniques and better sleeping patterns for their child.
 
Requirements are:
  • excellent communication skills
  • good settling techniques
  • understanding of routines
  • extensive experience with children 0-5yrs
  • understanding and kind natured, patient & caring
  • loves children and helping families
  • Preferably a minimum of a Midwife degree, Nursing Certificate or Degree
Hours vary but can be as little as 3 hours in the afternoon or evening to 9pm-7am overnight for 2 nights.
 
Rates are: $24-$30 per hour cash depending on your experience, qualifications, hours required and single or twin babies.
 
As with all of our casual work you can choose if you are available or not and we work bookings around your availability.
