As a Rehabilitation Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients within a specialist team to achieve quality outcomes. You implement appropriate injury management plans which will assist clients with an acquired disability to return to work and support their independence.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work and other Allied Health Professionals
- At least 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Well developed positive and proactive interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a number of allied health professionals
- An empathetic nature with the ability to make decisive, difficult decisions
- Capacity to recognise and understand a variety of medical conditions
- Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
