You will be working with a well known and highly respected organisation based in Geelong. As a Rehabilitation or Support Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of claims within a specialist team to achieve quality outcomes. You will implement appropriate injury management plans which will assist clients with an acquired disability to return to work and support their independence.

You will require:
· Tertiary qualifications; and experience in Allied Health, Nursing, Rehabilitation Counselling and other Allied Health Professionals or experience in Worker’s Compensation
· Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a number of stakeholders
· Strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
· Knowledge of vocational and social rehabilitation programs
· Capacity to recognize and understand complex medical issues
· Ability to work in a legislated environment (desirable)
· Strong computer literacy
· Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
