I am writing to express interest for any employment opportunities going in the Real Estate field. Ie. Assistant Property Manager.
Although I come from a working background in Customer Service, I have primarily held a leadership/managerial role in each position. Having gained relevant experience I am excited by the strong potential fit I see with this position. I understand the level of professionalism, people skills and commitment required for long-term success in the Real Estate field.
Personally I have an immense interest within Property & Investment, I have self managed my own Investment in the past and desire to turn my current part time hobby into a full time career.
I am enrolled to complete my Agents Representative License concluding on Friday 27th November, and am very keen to commence working without delay.
With the utilisation of my previous managerial experience and strong work ethic, I believe this opportunity will assist me in achieving my goals.
I view myself as particularly suited to the specific qualities required within the industry, including well developed written and verbal communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, a professional presentation of myself and my work as well as a can do attitude. The communication and management skills gained previously have also provided me with the ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and proficient manner.
Furthermore, I believe that the characteristics I possess will allow me to contribute to a team in a very constructive way. I will help create a welcoming and energised environment to both team members and customers with my friendly attributes and I will also go-beyond the expectations of my job description to ensure both the business and myself are getting the most out of the things we do. I view myself as a very positive individual; I will always walk, talk and smile with a bit of extra enthusiasm.
Personally, I thrive on delivering, working in fast paced environments and overcoming new challenges. Honesty is a virtue that I ensure remains alive at all times, I tend to put a lot of thought and effort into everyday tasks, as there may always be a more efficient way.
I am very determined and focused about where I see myself in 5 years time, and know exactly what it is I want out of life. I see this as a prime opportunity to commence building the foundations of my future career.
