INDIG-WE-DO Bushland Restoration TM
is seeking environmental field staff.
We offer employment across Melbourne restoring degraded ecosystems with a variety of regeneration techniques.
Successful applicants will work as part of a professional team dedicated to achieving quality results in a range of habitats.
Applicants will demonstrate the following:
·  An awareness of indigenous flora & fauna
·  Formal qualifications in Horticulture and/or Conservation and Land Management or 1-3 years experience in the industry.
·  Practical experience in bush regeneration &/or revegetation
·  Good plant and weed Identification skills
·  The ability to work cooperatively and productively in a team environment to complete tasks on 
    time
·    A high standard of communication skills
·    Use effective work practices adhering to OHS standards and legislative requirements
·  Farm Chemical Users Certificate and/or ACUP accreditation, is an advantage
·  GPS mapping &/or burning experience is an advantage

Please note the possession of a Victorian Drivers Licence is a prerequisite for this position. Work is undertaken in all weather conditions and is physically demanding so a reasonable level of fitness will be expected.
