This is a rock solid commercial builder with close to 100 years experience in Australia. Due to an increase in new projects won and their continued growth, this wonderful opportunity now exists for an experienced Site Manager. This is a great opportunity to work on some landmark commercial projects in the Melbourne area.

Being a Site Manager role it is a very autonomous position. The ideal candidate would be a proactive, enthusiastic and commercially astute individual. You will be required to be a good communicator, as building a good relationship and rapport with your colleagues, contractors and sub-ordinates is a key to your success in this role.

You would have proven experience as a Site Manager. Tertiary or trade qualifications are essential for this role as is your dedication to meeting and exceeding deadlines, budgets, OH &S requirements and IR issues. Your focus on exceeding clients expectations will be critical to your success. This Site Manger role reports to the Project Manager.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

* Tertiary / Trade qualifications.
* Proven ability to manage a site and programs.
* Strong OH&S focus.
* Experience as a Site Manager or a similar role.
* Focus on delivering a quality project on time.
