Gasfitter to install aircon inexchange beach house 4 week

Wanted a Gasfitter/plumber who loves to surf or just loves the surf coast and is licensed to install split system airconditioning units.
 
We have a beach house high on the hill at Wye River  the pic above is the view from our deck). I am looking for a gasfitter plumber who is happy to install a split airconditioning unit before Christmas inexchange for a week at the house in February or April School holidays or any other time you wish to nominate (Jan excluded) 
 
I have the split system which is a Panasonic Reverse 6.2KW heating & 6.2 KW Airconditioning all you need to provide is the expertise and labour.
 
It is not a difficult job as the house is on stilts and the outdoor unit would be placed under the house. We have alreday laid the concrete base and the pipe would run directly up in a straight line alongside the outside wall into the room it is being installed in. No corners or difficult access.
 
Electricals are done so its all ready to go.
 
The job is located down the Great Ocean Road at Wye River 15 mins past Lorne. I assume it will take the best part of the day to install it and possibly the next day so you can stay the night when you install it.
 
Payment: Use of the house for a week February or April School holidays. 
 
The house is located on the hill at Wye & has stunning ocean and bush views from the deck (see pic above) You will not be disappointed.
 
House sleeps 4 people so take your missess and your family for a week away.
