I am looking for someone to help design my website from scratch. I have very little experience with website designing. The only thing that I have helped "dress" were forum sites.

I would prefer people who have designed websites in the past and if possible provide evidence via link to the sites they had a part in. Also any other qualifications would help ie; IT certificates and the like.

I will provide the platform for you as I have used these in the past. I just require someone to get it off the ground as I only have limited access to the internet as our pc p overheated. I am now using the playstation 3 for internet access which is better than nothing..

In regards to payment for your efforts, I will pay a starter's fee and the rest to be paid on completion. I would also prefer to be notified of any major changes that may need to be made to the site.
