Urgent Lead Data Analyst role

Primary Objective:

 Data Analyst role is to ensure high level of data quality across the enterprise through the creation and management of sound data management processes. This individual is responsible for standardizing and management of data management processes, establishing consistent data definitions, and monitoring overall data quality.

Key Accountabilities:

·        Create and implement a data management strategy for achieving and maintaining high data quality.

·        Ensure that process projects and software developments include the necessary steps, activities, and deliverables required to achieve high quality data.

·        Ensure that new systems and/or applications adhere to existing data management practices, policies, and procedures.

·        Identify and ensure the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a cost-effective and timely fashion.

·        Perform data audits on a regular basis. The results of these audits should be tied into service level agreements (SLAs) between data entry personnel, IT, and the appropriate business units.

·        Devise, coordinate, and conduct mass data-cleansing initiatives for the purpose of purging and eliminating corrupt or redundant information from corporate databases.

·        Identify causes of poor data quality, implement solutions and communicate findings to employees, management, and stakeholders.

·        Develop and enforce methods and validation mechanisms for ensuring data quality and accuracy at the point of entry.

·        Work collaboratively with the system architects to develop methods for synchronizing data entering company systems from multiple points.
