This multi-national organisation is seeking a Project Co-ordinator with MS Project knowledge along with good administration skills to work within a friendly team environment, assisting and providing support to a team of Project Managers.
You will have the following responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and scheduling project resources
  • Reviewing project plans
  • Helping manage the securing, inducting, coordination and roll off of contract staff
  • Organising project team meetings, taking minutes and following up on action requests
  • Providing guidance and planning assistance to project managers
  • Monitoring budgets
  • Assisting with risk management
  • Administrative assistance to project managers
Your future Company would require you to have the following skills :
  • MS Project, MS Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a I.T project administration/coordination role
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies ie PMbok, PMP and/or Prince2
  • High level of confidence and ability to take control of situations
  • Excellent communication skills
This role will suit a candidate with administration experience in IT based projects, with a desire to move in to a true Project Coordination role.  Working in this busy, high-profile environment will provide invaluable, CV building experience.
