If sitting in an office all day is not your style, then I have the role for you! This role will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of technology in a client facing position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get out and about and provide in-home technical support to a wide variety of home users and SOHO customers resolving internet, hardware and software issues.

You will be responsible for undertaking fault finding and diagnosis of problems with digital lifestyle products, including desktop, software and hardware and with less complex issues relating to local area networks and Wifi. Installing and repairing hardware and/or software products and providing basic systems configuration and basic one-on-one training on less complex products will also be required.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a desktop support position, possess excellent presentation and customer service skills and be available to work flexible hours. Full driving licence is also essential.
