Seeking a person to build relevant links for my website.
The Links must meet some basic requirements.

Task:
You are to surf the internet and source "relevant" websites (I will give you the categories) and you will establish reciprocal links with them, most importantly, the outcome is that they (the recipients) will create a "link" to one of my webpages, and reciprically, you will create a link to their website.

Please quote your fee per successful link established.
I am happy to hear your proposal.
If you are going to propose $ per hour basis, I will need a written guarantee that that you will produce the number of links as discussed.
