About the Position
We currently have a great opportunity for a 1st or 2nd year apprentice chef to join our small professional kitchen team.  Monday to Saturday full time position.

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you:

Have keen interest in fine dining restaurants.
Wanting to learn more about fine dining cuisines.
Have the drive for success and determination to get there.
 
We are a well-established upmarket restaurant in the heart of trendy South Yarra, specialising in authentic southern Italian cuisine.

We offer friendly, relaxed dining during the day, and warm, intimate dining during the evening, we have an excellent reputation for high quality, fine dining.

Remuneration will be discussed with you at interview.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly reputable team of staff in a well-known and leading establishment
