KEY POSITION DELIVERABLES
  1. To be responsible for Accounts Receivable including; -
Counting daily takings, reconciling daily takings to point of sale systems/ statistics, follow up of discrepancies, enter cash/ EFT/ cheque receipts into MYOB, raising and receipting MYOB generated invoices,
  1. To be responsible for Master Float, balancing to MYOB, change orders, first banking count
  2. Re-Float and balance  Resort Entry Ticket Machine   and ATM’s
  3. Debtors Control, debt collection etc.
  4. Maintain integrity of Cash Security
  5. Maintain accountable/ accessible/ meaningful receivables & Payables  filing systems
  6. Act according to direction of the Senior Finance Officer  to deliver support services for that role
  7. Support the  Senior finance Officer   & CEO in the  day to day delivery of Finance Section services
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES RELATING TO THE POSITION (CRITICAL SELECTION CRITERIA)
  1. MYOB  skills & experience or other Accounting database
  2. Skills in Financial  Operations (Accounts Clerical Skills: Accts Receivable and Banking)  
  3. Cash Handling Skills;   ATMs; EFTPOS terminals; Cash Register Operations
  4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  5. Good time management skills
  6. Organised, consistent and reliable financial administration skills.
  7. Good communication skills.
