Riverboats Jazz Food and Wine Festival 2010

Echuca-Moama will once again come alive with the sounds of jazz with the annual Riverboats, Jazz, Food & Wine Festival expected to draw large crowds in February 2010.

The unmistakable atmosphere of Echuca-Moama’s heritage and the mighty Murray River will be energized with all things jazz, as the air fills with a combination of incredible jazz music, the aroma of gourmet foods and the buzz of happy people relaxing with a glass of delectable local wine.

The weekend of 19- 21 February will see a stella line up of bands, to be heard throughout the streets and various venues over the three days. The Festival’s feature event will be Jazz on the Murray @ Morrison’s, which includes a full program of jazz entertainment, mouth-watering local food and wines and family entertainment, all set amongst the serenity of the vines, gum trees and riverbank at Morrisons Winery. Guests can also "cruise" to and from Morrison’s via historic paddlesteamer, for which the region is well-known.
