LIONS CHEERLEADING OPEN DAY AND TRIALS

2009 has been an incredible year for the Wesley Cheerleaders, kicking off with some of our squad members taking part in the AUS Cheer Hong Kong tour as guests of the HK Tourism Board, and taking us all the way through to our most successful Nationals ever!

In anticipation of an even bigger and better 2010, Wesley Lions Gymnastics Club is currently taking enrolments for their two competitive Cheerleading squads ‘Lions’ and ‘Force’.

An open day will be held on November 8th where beginners can find out more about this fun and increasingly popular sport. There will also be an opportunity to see demonstrations as well as learning some of the basics for free!

The following week, on Sunday 15th trials will be held where you will get a chance to show us your skills! Further details about what to expect on the day will follow for registered participants.

We are looking for girls and guys, 14 years and over (including adults) who can commit to a minimum of x2 training sessions a week. No experience is necessary - as long as you have the right attitude we will train you!

Under 14's are not forgotten and are welcome to join our once a week junior Level 1 squad ‘Cubs’. Please contact us for further information regarding the 'Cubs' trial session.
