St. Kilda baseball looking for female players

Recent winter baseball champions St. Kilda are reigniting their women's baseball programme this coming summer.

We're looking for interested women players with any degree of playing experience. Softballers and cricketers are also welcome.

Tuesday September 29th - 530-7pm
Thursday October 1st - 530-8pm followed by club season launch function
Saturday October 3rd - 1-4pm - First game @ Bundoora

The head coach/coordinator is Sea Ansley, whose Underdogs softball club recently won the 2009 Melbourne Metro League championship. Ansley was named as an All-Star coach, and has been selected as Melbourne's Assistant Coach for the Vic. State championships for the second straight year.

Games are on Saturday afternoons in summer starting in October, with training on Tuesday evenings (or Thursdays if you can't make it). Fees are being heavily discounted for women players.
