Fit Tribe Mums and bubs classes will be starting in July 2008 in Melbourne, Tuesday mornings at 10am - Princess Park South Caulfield. Bring the pram, meet other mums and get AT LEAST your pre baby body back! These classes are not boot camp style, but will still be challenging to ensure you achieve your fitness/strength/body image goals.
Joanne your instructor is an extensively experienced and qualified personal trainer. Sessions will last for 1 hour including warm up and cool down. We will take the prams for a brisk walk, followed by circuit based training aimed at muscle toning, improving cardiovascular fitness, bodyfat reduction and core stability/abdominal strengthening. Sessions will vary each week and you can expect them to increase in difficulty as your fitness improves. Pricing $10 per class. All equipment provided, just bring water bottle, hat and baby!
