Hey folks,
Here’s the thing:

After working my a** off for some months in Melbourne, I am now ready to spend my money on the road again!

The route is going to be something like this:

Melbourne -> Flinders Ranges -> Coobers Pedy -> Alice/Uluru -> Darwin -> …. -> Broome -> … -> Perth -> … -> Adelaide -> Melbourne.

Dots indicate everything worth a stop in between. So just imagine dots everywhere.

I am planning with something around 2 months for this trip.

My car is a 5 seat 4WD Pajero, but the ideal count of passengers would be 4. That is why we are looking for 2 more adventurous travellers to join us on this epic trip. The seats want to be filled with 2 backpackers between 20 and 30, uncomplicated, spontaneous and keen to camp – there will be camping in national parks and on rest areas. This is no trip for hostel-party-people. If you like a campfire, a glass of wine/goon and freedom – join us.

As there will be a lot of driving, a license is a plus but no must.

Must-haves are: sense of humour, shitloads of music on your ipod.
If you play beach volleyball, I command you to join us! :]

I do have most of the essential camping gear – 1 ½ tents incl..

By now, it’s three of us (2 German guys and a Japanese girl) til Darwin, and from there on it’s one German less, as Michael has to go back to continue his studies.

We currently plan to leave Melbourne on 26th. of Sept., we will be in Darwin around the 8th of Oct.
