After 25 years of abusing my body with tobacco and alchol I have finally mamaged to kick those two habits,got that monkey off my back so to speak and have never felt better for it!!..I have been walking everyday,even jogging,something I haven't done since I was a teenager and feeling better everyday!!..It's hard but worth it and feeling like I have a clearer head and a clearer heart!
