This class can be attended at any stage of pregnancy.
Learn body awareness, breathing, stretches, relaxation & meditation specially for pregnancy.

Yoga practice during pregnancy creates a sense of well-being and supports you throughout pregnancy and to prepare for birthing and motherhood.

The teacher, Wendy, has a certificate in teaching Yoga in Daily Life and teaching Pre Natal Yoga. Her years of experience as a Mum, Grandmother and yoga practioner bring a valuable wisdom to the sessions.
