Come along, and join other mothers with their babies in a wonderful social atmosphere, while you discuss and learn new ways to cope with the stresses of motherhood.
the programme offers yoga, meditation and counselling, aswell as baby massage, jimbaroo and pelvic floor strengthening excercises, and is a great way to get back in to shape, and meet other mums dealing with the same pressures as you.
Runs every Tuesday 10am- 12:20pm, Manningham Community Health Services : 1020 Doncaster Rd, Doncaster.
classes are $15/ $8 concession..... and bookings are essential.
