What do we cover?
Great for toning and shaping your abs and arms, hula hooping is a fun, creative and exciting way to keep fit and express yourself!

Learn a variety of hoop skills, tricks and moves that you can take away and enjoy. In this course we will focus on finding your flow in the hoop, shoulder hooping, breaks, hand hooping, isolations, fun tosses and fancy leg tricks.  
 
This class is suitable for all levels so jump in - tone up, raise your heart rate and develop your own hoop dance style! :)
