Would anyone else be interested in joining a support group for people wanting to lose weight by eating better?

We can discuss things like nutrition/portion control and share recipes, as well as be there for each other to vent or suggest activities. We can talk about food products in todays society and what we think they are doing with our bodies. There will be no weigh-in's at this meeting! It's for genuine people looking for other genuine people to be friends with.

It'll be in the oakleigh/clayton area, and if I can garner enough interest I'll look into it. Please email me if you're interested!
