Hapkido Self Defence Class

Hapkido is a dynamic, all encompassing Korean martial art, which includes powerful kicking techniques, practical applications of joint locks, pressure points, throws and weaponry skills. Because strength is not a critical factor in this art, Sin Moo Hapkido lends itself to people of all ages and both sexes.

You will learn:

Basic and Advanced Kicking
Locks and Breaks
Throws and Sweeps
Knife Defence
Weaponry Skills
Meditation and Relaxation

When: Every Tuesday 7.00pm – 9.00pm

Where: Brighton Secondary College, Performing Arts Centre, 120 Marriage Road, Brighton East.
