Little things that make me so happy

I just wanted to share a few thoughts/secrets with you that make life a lot happier, easier, and abundance filled for me everyday.  Maybe you could give them a try over a week or better yet a month and see if it makes a positive difference?

-Write a note by your bed of that what it is you desire with a passion, purpose and belief that it is yours, read it out loud every morning as soon as you rise and last thing before you go to bed with a feeling of having it now, happiness and passion.

- Keep a note of this desire in your pocket and keep on reading it throughout the day.  To yourself or out loud.

- When you wake up in the morning, smile for at least 30 seconds with a feeling of complete happiness.

- When you meet people in shops, on the street, at work or family, give them a real warm warm hearted smile.

- Each day, in the morning, lunch time, evening, and when ever you have a spare moment, just sit down and spend 5 minutes feeling completely happy.  You don't need a reason.  THIS IS GREAT as the follow on from this is great!

- Be aware of your thoughts and what you're thinking.  If you're having negative thoughts, catch them.  Don''t get angry at them, judge them or anything.  Just switch the thought to the exact opposite with real feeling, more powerful then the negative thought before it.  This one is a little difficult at first, but you'll soon slip into it quite easily and be very glad for it.

- Be greateful.  Be grateful and foucus on the things that you are happy and lucky to have. Spend a few minutes in the morning and evening making a list of things you are happy for in your life, physical, material, events, circumstances, whatever.  This is really good.
