Date Listed: 25/04/2008 Need the best vehicle by far to visit the Australian Outback? Well this is it, I am leaving the country and therefore I am selling my fantastic Toyota Bushcamper with tears in my eyes... It used to be a hired vehicle until end of 2006 and I bought it in Feb 2007 in great condition. I have looked after it very well with check-ups every 5,000km and full service every 10,000km and added loads of extras for recovery in the bush. The rego goes until Feb 09 and I am selling it with a full service, a road worthiness certificate, some good tires and the gear box was replaced in March 08, bargain really, and it is ready to go! Specs: * Toyota LandCruiser 1998 Troop carrier converted in Bushcamper (Hitop) * 6 cylinder 4.2L Diesel, 2*80L tanks, 370,000km * Dual Battery (one new and one heavy duty) * Emergency Beacon Sat Unit * Sink, 40L water tank * Bull bar, tow bar, bike rack and I can throw 1 or 2 bikes in too! * Compressor (proved very useful in the bush) * Engel refrigerator, solar shower bag, cuttlery, table, 2 chairs, gas bottle, stove, pans etc... * Double bed on top plus extra bed in bench (duvet and all linen provided) * Very good storage * Inverter (so you can use electrical equipment straight from the heavy duty battery like laptop, mobile chargers etc...) * Winch, recovery strap, tree strap, tools, hi-lift jack... * GPS (Magellan Explorist 600) - Very useful stuff on tracks and for some good hikes Want to know more?
