We are a niche business advisory firm operating from architecturally designed premises in Richmond. We advise small business owners on the correct operational processes that are required to maximise profits, cash and outgoing equity. The firm currently consists of 3 partners and 4 consultants and we currently service 50 to 60 small business clients of varying sizes each month.

In 2009 we referred out more than $150k of tax and compliance fees. Our clients invariably are looking for first class advice and we often find that they move all of their accounting services to us and to our referral partners.

We want to establish a tax and compliance division that generates ongoing fees and goodwill for the business development work that we do. We are looking at a 60/40 split. Our partner will have to do no marketing - just service the referrals that we generate.

The ideal partner is a young registered tax agent looking to start their own practice. We require excellent tax knowledge which must be more than simple I return preparation. If you can show excellent knowledge of small business tax issues, are willing to work hard and have the right mindset then contact me and we will start discussions.
