Have undertaken courses in Family Therapy, Child Psychology, NLP, CBT, Hypnotherapy, Relationship Counselling, and Life Coaching. In addition, I am a prolific reader of psychological and “New Age” research and I am constantly updating and evaluating the techniques and methods I use.
